PARTICIPATION

The Granfondo Alpi del Mare – Mondovì is open to all ACSI, F.C.I members and members of Sports Promotion Entities who have signed the 2025 agreement.
Each participant must have a valid medical certificate for competitive cycling; foreign residents must have a certificate issued according to the Model E.
For all participants, whether Italian or foreign residents, the medical certificate must be valid on the race day.
Italian participants without a license must request a daily membership card.
Foreign participants without a UCI license, upon registration, self-certify that they have liability and accident insurance, making the daily membership card unnecessary.
The event is open, but the Organizing Committee may, at its sole discretion, decide whether to accept or exclude any registration that may harm the event’s image.
All participants acknowledge the risks to their physical safety and consciously assume responsibility for participating at their own risk.
Cyclists must always pay maximum attention to road conditions, as the route is not closed to traffic for the entire duration of the event.
The event will follow the 2025 regulations for national amateur and recreational cycling.
In reference to UCI and FCI regulations, paragraphs 1.3.010 and 12.1.013 on technological fraud, the race jury, with technical support from the organization, is authorized to conduct random or systematic checks.
Non-compliance or refusal to undergo the required technical checks will result in immediate disqualification and notification to the competent authorities.
For those born on September 21: send an email to alpidelmare@evodata.it with a copy of your ID to obtain a free code.

TIMING

All timed Italian events using MySDAM, Krono Service, TDS, and Winning Time timers are managed with a single chip!
It is no longer a problem to choose which chip to carry, as one chip can be used throughout the season in all Italian races timed by the mentioned systems.
Krono Service (red chip) and Winning Time (yellow chip and Nove Colli edition) owners only need to choose, activate, and use it in the timed races in Italy.
Chip activation and purchase must be done exclusively on ENDU, while on-site registration is possible at the “Chip Point” near race secretariats.
All MySDAM chip owners or those without one can replace their old chip with the OneChip at the Chip Point by paying only the activation fee.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Ambulances with doctors and nurses will be available.

MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE

Mobile assistance includes cars and motorcycles for wheel changes.
Replacement parts are the responsibility of the participant.
A sweep service is provided to recover cyclists and bicycles.
Private cars and motorcycles following the race are strictly prohibited.
Otherwise, the entire team will be disqualified.

REFRESHMENTS

Refreshments are provided along the route as indicated in the race program.

TRAFFIC RULES

Riders overtaken by the “end of race” vehicle must comply with traffic regulations.

DAILY MEMBERSHIP

For those without an annual ACSI, FCI, or recognized CONI membership, a daily membership card costing €10 can be purchased on-site at the registration or race pack collection desk, regularizing the athlete’s insurance coverage.

DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

Disqualifications: participating with another rider’s bib, transferring your bib to others, starting in a grid ahead of the assigned one, or other serious offenses observed by the organization will result in exclusion from rankings and disqualification from the event for 2 to 5 years.
Participants are encouraged not to litter and to use designated containers at refreshment points.
In case of a positive doping or mechanical control, the competitor must pay €30,000 to the Organizing Committee as compensation for damage to the event’s image.
